When and how was k1体育 created?
On January 24, 2020, Encana Corporation completed a series of reorganization transactions resulting in the company: (i) establishing its corporate domicile in the U.S.; (ii) rebranding under the name k1体育.; and (iii) completing a consolidation and share exchange for effectively one share of common stock of k1体育 for every five common shares of Encana. The Company received very strong securityholder support with more than 90% of votes cast in favor of the Reorganization.

Who is k1体育鈥檚 transfer agent?
Odyssey Transfer US Inc. (Odyssey) was appointed as transfer agent for k1体育 as of November 1, 2023.
Registered shareholders鈥� accounts have automatically been transferred from k1体育鈥檚 prior transfer agent to Odyssey. No action is required on your part to transfer your shares.
